1) How do I care for my RomiBasha piece?

Our special designs are made with the highest quality fabrics and delicate details. To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of your item(s), please follow the specific instructions located on the care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed, and care instructions may vary.

The most reliable way we'd recommend is taking your piece to the dry cleaners!

2) Size Guide

Most items have a size chart / guide attached to the listing. If you have any  questions about a specific style’s measurements / fit, you can always reach out to romibasha@gmail.com

3) What is the turn-around time for custom orders?

Due to the nature of the customization process, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. We will update you with tracking information once its shipped! 

4) What is the difference between the U NAME IT Jacket and the Kaia Jacket?

Our U Name It Jacket (as seen on Gigi Hadid) is a vintage, French, army from the '80s. It is sized small/medium (which fits 2-8) and medium/large (which fits 8-12) and is hand painted. It runs full and is great for layering!

Alternatively, the Kaia Jacket (Olive: 2,4,6,8,12) is a modern take on our vintage army that fits true to size and is vinyl pressed. These jackets are more fitted than the vintage style - great for year-round wear!

 5) How do I customize a jacket?

Here at RomiBasha, we take pride in creating designs that are special, unique, and visionary. All of our customizable pieces have a forum in their listing which allows you to create your own jacket! If you'd like to customize something that is not shown on the website or add additional components, please reach out to romibasha@gmail.com and we'd be happy to work with you!
