Refund policy
Exchanges or a store credit may be applied within 14 days from the date of shipment delivery. No cash refunds or credit to credit cards. Exchanged items need to be in the original condition. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on engraved/special order items or sale items (final sale). Since we are a USA based company, we ship overseas, however duties and import tariffs are the buyers responsibility. Please contact info@romibasha.com for any questions or special requests.
