We are proud to design all our pieces in-house in Florida, and work with trusted suppliers across the globe, including the USA and Asia, to bring our designs to life.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ROMI BASHA PIECE?
Our special designs are made with the highest quality fabrics and delicate details. To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of your item(s), please follow the specific instructions located on the care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed, and care instructions may vary.
The most reliable way we'd recommend is taking your piece to the dry cleaners!
HOW DO ROMI BASHA PIECES FIT?
Most items have a size chart / guide attached to the listing. If you have any questions about a specific style’s measurements / fit, you can always reach out to romibasha@gmail.com.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Our shipping costs vary depending on location and which shipping service you choose. At checkout you can choose which shipping option suits you best.
DO YOU SHIP WORLD WIDE?
Yes - we offer global shipping to all destinations.
Please note import tax and duty is subject to your own country and will not be an expense covered by Romi Basha. Please be aware of the tax and duty regulations of your country before ordering.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?
Due to the nature of the customization process, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. We will update you with tracking information once it's shipped!

Here at RomiBasha, we take pride in creating designs that are special, unique, and visionary. All of our customizable pieces have a forum in their listing which allows you to create your own jacket!

At Romi Basha, we work exclusively with 100% natural materials. Our collections feature cotton, linen, and cashmere, chosen for their quality, comfort, and longevity. We never use synthetic fibers - every piece is crafted to feel luxurious, breathe beautifully, and age gracefully.
CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
Absolutely! When placing your order, you can include a personalized gift message at checkout. We’ll include it with your package, making your gift thoughtful and ready to delight.
